Packs and quantities
Pallet Collars: Reorder Planning
Reorder planning starts with the collars currently available for use and the demand you expect before replenishment. A normal pack contains 120 collars, so use collar quantities rather than package counts in the stock calculation.
Part of our pallet collars buying and packing guides.
What to check
- Count usable collars by footprint
- Record expected dispatch demand
- Check quoted availability and delivery timing
A practical example
An inventory of 120 collars may represent fewer available enclosures if several levels are used for each shipment. Record the way collars are consumed, not just the unopened packs.
Your next step
Set your own reorder trigger using confirmed demand and lead time. Request a current quotation when replenishment is needed rather than relying on an old delivery estimate.
Discuss your collar requirement
Send the footprint, collar height, quantity and delivery postcode. Include any pallet, lid or divider requirements.
